This isn’t a crash course or a quick mindset shift. Elixir is a structured, eight-week group experience designed to help you repattern how you move through your life. Together, we work through the deeper habits, beliefs, and internal dynamics that shape your decisions, relationships, and sense of direction.
It’s steady. Intentional. Built to support real change, not temporary motivation.
You’ll be guided through a clear framework in a small, intimate group, with enough structure to move you forward and enough space to make it your own.

We meet for eight weeks. Between sessions, you’ll receive personal practices, prompted check-ins, and tools to help you integrate what we explore together.
