When You Want To Give Up

It’s time to tell the mind you’re done holding back. You’re done sacrificing your hearts deepest desires for the illusion of “safety”. It’s not safety, it’s familiarity. And what’s familiar is dangerous. Because it keeps you exactly where you are.
Your soul came here to feel. To stretch. To grow. It was designed to taste the full spectrum of experience-pain, love, loss, joy. But when you hold yourself back from what’s true and meant for you, you’re diverging from your path. You’re taking a detour. One that could be unnecessary. One that could be blocking what’s waiting and ready for you.
So how can you break through? This wall of shame, of doubt, of confusion?
Ask yourself right now: Where am I hiding from mySelf? What is that seed of truth within me that wants to be seen?Close your eyes, take a breath, and say it out loud. Say it again. Say it again. Let yourself hear your voice in the room. Then, keep going. Don’t stop. Your path is destined. All you have to do right now is let yourself hear your truth. Let it guide you.
